Take a look at what awaits you inside Royal Caribbean’s latest cruise ship, Anthem of the Seas.

Anthem of the Seas is the latest cruise ship from Royal Caribbean. Offering Europe and Mediterranean itineraries, she will cross the Atlantic in Fall this year to make Cape Liberty Cruise Port in New York Harbor her permanent home. This ship offers an incredible number of entertainment and dining options and is the surest way to live it up on the seas! Here’s a snapshot of the exciting world awaiting guests aboard Anthem of the Seas.

A host of exciting activities are available for guests of Anthem of the Seas. North Star is one such ride which takes people 300 feet above sea level to provide breathtaking, panoramic views of the seas.

For adrenalin junkies, there’s the RipCord by iFLY experience – the first sky diving experience offered on the seas!

The ship is home to SeaPlex, the largest indoor active space at sea. Expect to find bumper cars, a circus school, roller skating and more activities to keep you active for hours!

The cruise ship has three venues which keep guests entertained through the day and night. Two70 is where a combination of live performers and technology deliver phenomenal multidimensional shows and events. The Royal Theater is the venue of the ship’s two main shows, ‘We Will Rock You’ and ‘The Gift’. Finally Music Hall is the hottest live music venue at sea that promises to keep guests rocking and dancing through the night.

There are also 18 restaurants aboard. Three of these are run by celebrity chefs: Jamie Oliver, Michael Schwartz, and Devin Alexander. There is also an Alice in Wonderland-themed restaurant, which offers food inspired by molecular gastronomy. So you can try over here noodles that melt in your mouth, olives that turn out to be spheres full of liquid and deep-fried balls of chicken liver mousse that dissolve right away.

The robotic bartender aka the Makr Shakr at the Bionic Bar can turn out 120 drinks per hour. Orders are taken via smartphones or tablets. The Makr Shakr uses its robotic arms to muddle, stir, shake and strain. This is where mixology meets technology.

The casino aboard Anthem of the Seas has thousands of square feet of slots and tables.
It also has four swimming pools aboard, one of which is covered with a retractable roof. There are also 10 Jacuzzis. The ship spans 18 decks, carries 4,180 guests at double occupancy and features 2,090 staterooms.

The ship has an art gallery as well. Much of the collection is custom and some even interactive. Though art is not just limited to this gallery for this ship takes it art seriously. Several installations are aboard the ship, including a giant, 32-foot, four-ton giraffe!
